How a Sports Hypnosis Session Works
Session work is based on proven sports psychology and enhanced with hypnosis to change your game and mindset so you can perform at your best.
Each one-hour session can be broken into three parts:
Identify goals and mental barriers
We begin by identifying your performance goals and the specific mental barriers that may be interfering with your results. This step creates clear direction and focus for the rest of the session.Develop and introduce mental strategies
Next we introduce mental strategies based on proven sports psychology principles: mental routines, breathwork, visualization, and learn self-hypnosis.Hypnosis for transformation
Every session concludes with hypnosis, where parts one and two are integrated at a deeper level. This is where lasting mindset changes are made in the subconscious for automatic execution — the “in the zone” or flow state many athletes seek.
